3118-20 - Wallerstein Laboratories Differential (WLD) Medium

Used to select for and differentiate between bacteria found in beer and the brewery while simultaneously inhibiting the growth of brewing yeast.

3118-05 - Hsu's Lactobacillus and Pediococcus (HLP) Medium

Used for the differentiation, selection and enumeration of lactic acid bacteria species Lactobacillus spp. and Pediococcus spp.

3118-08 - Lin's Cupric Sulfate Medium (LCSM)

A selective medium used to inhibit the growth of brewers yeast (S. cerevisiae) while facilitating the growth of several species of wild yeasts.
