The Whatman™ Autovial™ 12 Syringeless Filter AV525UAQU is a preassembled, disposable filtration device designed to simplify sample preparation and reduce the number of components required for filtration. Combining a graduated filter barrel, plunger, prefilter, and membrane into one convenient unit, Autovial filters provide a streamlined alternative to conventional syringe-coupled filtration.

Featuring a hydrophilic PVDF membrane with a 0.45 µm pore size and an integrated glass prefilter, AV525UAQU is well suited for clarification of aqueous samples and applications where efficient particulate removal and low nonspecific protein binding are important. With a 12mL capacity, built-in air purge, and direct filtration into an autosampler vial, Autovial helps make routine sample preparation faster and easier while minimizing handling steps.
