Unitech L-Malic Acid UniFlex Enzymatic Test Kit

Unitech L-Malic Acid UniFlex Enzymatic Test Kit is a liquid, ready-to-use component kit with separate enzymes for flexible manual and automated protocols for the determination of L-malic acid in foods, beverages, and other samples. L-malic acid is present in grapes, apples, and other fruit and vegetables. In grape juice, its concentration drops from as high as 8 to 1 g/L as the ripening process proceeds.

Contains ready-to-use Buffer, NAD substrate solution, two enzyme suspensions (Malate Dehydrogenase and GOT), as well as L-Malic Acid Standard.
