TAT Broth Base

TAT Broth Base is a medium used with Tween 80 for the detection of the Gram-negative microorganisms in topical drugs and cosmetics. Enzymatic Digest of Casein provides amino acids, peptides, vitamins, and carbon. Lecithin and Tween 80 neutralize the preservatives commonly employed in cosmetic productions, thus allowing bacteria to grow.
