Tartaric Acid Anhydrous
Tartaric Acid for use with the acidification of culture media.
The American Public Health Association (APHA) recommends using Potato Dextrose Agar with an addition of Tartaric Acid for determining yeast and mold counts from butter, margarine and related products.
