Conforms to A.P.H.A. Standard Methods for the Examination of Dairy Products. Formulated specially for the Gerber Test: certified specific gravity 1.820 - 1.825 at 60° F. Clean, colorless or almost colorless and free from fat. Using the correct strength sulfuric acid is essential to perform proper Gerber tests. “Standard” commercial (technical grade) 66° Baume acid is not appropriate.
