This sterile polystyrene sampler knife has a blade that is serrated on one edge and smooth on the other. The smooth edge can be used as a bacterial cell spreader while the serrated edge is perfect for sampling seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables and other fibrous materials. Overall length is 178mm (7”).
