To use the translucent Plastic Hydrometer Jar, simply add the liquid to be tested, insert a hydrometer (not included) and read the gravity level. The cylinder includes an overflow cup to catch any spilled test liquid. Cylinder has a 500 mL capacity and includes molded-in graduation. Overall dimensions: 1" I.D. x 12" H. The base is 4 1/4" in diameter.
