Media for the detection and enumeration of wild yeast populations in brewing culture yeast

LCSM - Lin‘s Cupric Sulfate is an agar prepared using LCSM powder and the corresponding cupric sulfate solution for the batch. It suppresses the growth of culture yeast and primarily encourages the growth of non-Saccharomyces wild yeast.
