LabExact Grade Quartz A Filter Paper

LabExact® Grade Quartz A is a fine porosity binderless quartz (SiO2) glass microfiber with a 99.999% efficiency in air filtration for the retention of 2.20um particles.

• Effective temperature range up to 1000 °C.
• Thismedia meets or exceeds the physical, performance and elemental requirements for EPA PM10, Ambient Air Monitoring methods.
• Flow rate 1.1 - 1.35 m3/min (Resistance 95mmH20@10.5 ft/min).
• Loss on ignition, <6%.
• Tensile strength: 215g / 15mm (ASTM D828), MD tensile is 7.3 lbs/in (TAPPI T494). 
• Primarily used in air pollution monitoring, atomic absorption spectroscopy, flame emission spectrometry and other applications where an extremely critical analysis is needed.
• Ideal for use in acidic gases (except Hydrofluoric) and aerosols, stacks and flue gas monitoring.
• Uniform screen & felt sides with uniform density MD/CD, demonstrates excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility.
• Manufacturing performed with RO water filtration system.
