Specifically designed for monitoring cooking and holding temperatures, provides ±2°F accuracy as recommended by HACCP for food temperatures between 32°F and 150°F. NIST traceable factory calibration. Selectable between F° and C°. Bright large amber backlit LCD display. One year warranty.
