Hygiena AlerTox® Sticks Sesame is a rapid allergen test delivering on-site sesame detection in food products and on production surfaces. This lateral flow immunoassay provides visual qualitative results in just 10 minutes, enabling quality control teams in confectionery, bakery, and dairy manufacturing to perform real-time raw material verification, cleaning validation, and production line monitoring. With 3 ppm sensitivity for sesame protein test applications and 3.5 µg per 16 cm² for surface allergen swabs, the kit uses monoclonal antibodies targeting 2S albumin (Ses i2) for high specificity. The self-contained systems requires no laboratory equipment and stores at room temperature.
