HACCP Dual Temp Infrared and Thermocouple
HACCP warning lights shine RED between 40° to 140°F (4° to 60°C) and GREEN outside this range. Specifically designed for monitoring cooking and holding temperatures, provides ±2°F accuracy as recommended by HACCP for food temperatures between 32°F and 150°F. Features a built-in stainless steel K-type thermocouple probe that folds into the side of the instrument when not in use. NIST traceable factory calibration. Selectable between F° and C°. White LED target illumination spot and LCD display. Waterproof meets or exceeds IP54.
