The Gerber Instruments C1 and C1A Cryoscopes reliably and rapidly determine the freezing point in milk according to ISO5764/IDF 108. Designed for daily inspection of water content in raw milk, the instruments operate extremely quietly. Their dynamic cooling system ensures maximum sample throughput, even at ambient temperatures of up to 35°C.
