CELLTREAT Freeze Cryogenic Vials & Cap Inserts are designed for storing biological material at temperatures as low as -196°, in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen. Easily color code your samples with colored cap inserts. Each insert is compatible with all Freeze Cryogenic Vials.
Key Features
- Internal thread design prevents contamination and uses O-ring silicone seal to ensure positive seal at any temperature
- External thread cap features integrated leak-proof seal, a long skirt for easy one hand aseptic methods, and a thread design allowing it to be removed or sealed with a mere 1 1/4 turn
- Available with round bottoms, or self-standing bottoms which interlock with Easy-Grip Workstation Racks, enabling one-handed opening
- Caps have textured ridges to provide gripping when wearing gloves
- Contrasting black graduations are large and easy to view
- Large white marking area provides excellent contrast for ID
- Self-standing re-sealable bags offer a unique storage solution
- Value packs available for self-standing - Cases of 500, inner packs of 100 tubes/bag
