Barnstead Benchtop Muffle Furnaces
These Thermo Scientific Barnstead Benchtop Muffle Furnaces have ceramic fiber insulation that reduces energy consumption and ensures fast heat-up. The digital LED display shows temperature or set-point up to 1100°C; embedded heating element on top and both sides improves temperature uniformity.
The drop-down door doubles as a convenient loading and unloading shelf. A safety interlock switch disconnects power to the heating element when the door is open. A 3⁄8" port at the rear of the chamber accommodates independent measuring devices.
The chamber is constructed of heavy-duty welded steel. Each oven includes a 6 ft, three-wire power cord and plug.
