AvitroLab Lexan Erlenmeyer Shaker Flasks

These Avitrolab Lexan Erlenmeyer Shaker Flasks are a great alternative to heavy Erlenmeyer flasks. They are optically clear with easy-to-read molded-in graduations. Uniform wall thickness ensures strength and repeatable results.

Flasks are designed with a neck ring with a smooth interior that helps eliminate fluid entrapment and back-flow contamination. Each flask is provided with a single cap which serves either of two purposes: a polypropylene, liner-free cap with a molded seal ring for standard applications and a CultureCAP™ with a PTFE 0.22 µm membrane when sterile gas exchange is required.

Flasks come sterile and individually wrapped.  Choose flasks with a flat base or with a baffled base that increases levels of oxygenation and mixing.  Flasks are freezable to -80C and are autoclavable in wet cycle to 121C, 15psi.
