Water Activity Meters (Novasina)
These Swiss-made instruments are simple to operate, providing basic measurement functions, yet still have built-in automatic equilibrium detection and proven resistive-electrolytic sensor technology. For standardization, each meter is supplied with one re-useable humidity calibration standard which provides a very economical solution to precision water activity measurements in one simple kit. The calibration standard will typically last for two to three years. It is important to choose the appropriate filter to protect the meter from volatiles, acids or aromas in your sample. They fit inside the meter and are highly recommended.
